We aim to keep delivery costs low and we are happy that we are still able to offer delivery completely free of charge regardless of your order value.
The average delivery time for standard packages is 7-14 business days* by Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel.
All orders can be cancelled or changed. Once the packaging/engraving and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. You can contact us at email@example.com to see if your order is available for change/cancellation.
If no engraving information is provided at point of order we will endeavour to contact you on 3 separate occasions using the e-mail address provided. If we are unsuccessful we will send the collar blank.
We sometimes will ship items from our international warehouse during times of high demand or for specific high popularity items.
We are unable to issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong delivery address).
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an e-mail that notifying you to it is ready to leave the warehouse; it may then take approximately 2-5 days until the tracking number is in our couriers system.

*Delivery times do not include up to 7 days processing and engraving where applicable. Milo & Daisy products are sent directly from the supplier on the next business day by 2nd class Royal Mail post. Pretty Flower Cotton Bed is shipped directly from the supplier and will arrive in up to 21 working days.
