Only part of my Petsnooze order has arrived?
Please allow an additional 3 working days for delivery due to the possibility of the extra item(s) being dispatched from another location. If the rest of your order is still missing, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Which carrier will deliver my Petsnooze goods?
We send all of our orders with Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel.
How will I know my Petsnooze delivery is on it's way?
You will be notified by the e-mail address you supplied to us when your parcel has been dispatched.
How do I find product information?
All our product information is listed on each individual product page, if the particular information you require is not available, you can email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you.
